Turkey’s Real Estate Sector Sets a New Record
The house sales in Turkey is witnessing an increasing growth. Apartments sales figures for the first eight months of the year show an increase of 7.68% compared to the previous year. The number of homes sold during this period reached 890,430.
According to statistics from the Turkish Statistical Institute, house sales for foreigners in August rose by 11.4 percent compared to the same period last year, reaching a thousand and 684 properties, and Istanbul was the first place in sales of foreigners with 524 properties, followed by Antalya with 376 properties, Yalova with 103 properties, Bursa 100 and Trabzon with 99 properties.
