The most expensive and cheapest areas in Istanbul

following is a study for the prices of the most expensive and lowest priced apartments per square meter in different areas of Istanbul, according to the information collected by the Turkish Data Processing Center.

Esenyurt: ranked first as the cheapest price per square meter in Istanbul at an average price of 2.204TL per square meter.

Çatalca: second place after Esenyurt at an average price of 2,213 TL per square meter.

Sultanbeyli: Third place at an average price of 2.378 TL per square meter.

Silivri: 4th place at an average price of TRY 2,460 per square meter.

Arnavoutkoy area: fifth place at an average price of 2.466 Turkish liras per square meter.

While the area of Beşiktaş occupied the first place in terms of high price per square meter of real estate at an average price of 11.409 Turkish lira, followed by Sarıyer in an average price of 9.925 Turkish liras, and then kadikoy in the Asian section of Istanbul at the price of 7.062 Turkish lira.
