Growth of 11.1 Percent for the Turkish Economy During the Third Quarter of 2017

Turkey’s economic growth rate rose to 11.1 percent in the third quarter (July, August and September) of 2017, so that the growth rate has exceeded 9.2 percent, which economists expected to be a growth rate Turkish economy during the third quarter of this year.

Turkish GDP increased by 42.2 percent over the same period.

The value added of the agricultural sector increased by 2.8 percent compared to the same period last year. The increase in the industrial sector was 14.8 percent, in the construction sector 18.7 percent, and the value added of the services sector increased by 20.7 percent.
