European Turkey Real-estate Buyers Increased Significantly

Foreign investors from the Europe Union are increasingly interested in the Turkish real estate market, according to a report issued by the Directorate General of the Land Registry, where the proportion of investors from the Europe Union increased by 44% through the purchase of houses and lands.

The total number of foreigners who have acquired real estate in Turkey over the history of the Republic is 140 thousand and 832 foreigner, and the number of homes and offices sold to foreigners is 119 thousand and 280 houses and offices, in addition to 11 thousand and 145 lands.

The United Kingdom ranked first with 24,456 investors, followed by Germany with 9,000 and 832 investors, followed by Denmark with 4,494 investors, Sweden with 4,614 investors, Belgium with 4,087 investors, followed by the Netherlands with 3,000 And 739 investors.
