89 billion Dollar of e-commerce in Turkey expected by 2023

Turkish Prime Minister Ali Ben Yildirim said that the Turkish government aims to achieve 350 billion Turkish Lira (about 89 billion dollars) of electronic commerce by the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Turkish Republic in 2023

In his speech, Yildirim pointed to the importance of electronic security for individuals and countries alike. Otherwise, the Internet will be transformed from a blessing to a curse, so the subject has become increasingly important in recent times.

Yildirim noted that the government of his country removed in the last fifteen years the digital divide that existed in Turkish society. In conclusion, the Turkish Prime Minister referred to the need to eliminate illiteracy in the field of technology
